Many of his flagship products have had ingredients changed in them to cheaper ingredients and the public just commented on how the product was "different", didn't retain the scent it once did, they couldn't use it the same way after over 20+ years, etc. I respect your point about Aveda was when Horst was running things and how his mission was to have the containers be recyclable, use sustainable ingredients that he would source, even from farther locations, and that if ingredients were unethically sourced or he found out they did harm he would discontinue a product, but this is not his Aveda any more.
